Equipped with a ₱59-million rice miller, five mechanical dryers, and a corn miller, the facility plays a crucial role in grain processing and preservation. It serves the Aklan League of Irrigators Marketing Cooperative (ALIMACO) under the National Irrigation Authority (NIA) for drying services, ensuring efficient postharvest handling for local farmers.

Additionally, the center supplies rice to the Provincial Hospital and the Provincial Social Welfare and Development (PSWD), reinforcing food security initiatives in Aklan. Beyond institutional support, the facility extends its services to independent farmers across the province, providing them with accessible and reliable grain processing solutions.

With its continuous operations, the Aklan Grains Processing Center remains a key player in boosting agricultural productivity and sustainability in the province.
